Jingo Connect - Intranet & Extranet that works
Administration & System Management
Jingo Connect is designed to be as easy to manage as it is to use.
A robust permissions structure lets you delegate administrative roles for everything from contact management to forum moderation to authorised users both inside and outside the organisation.
Administration options are available "inline" so that authorised users can perform tasks without having to navigate to a separate section and content is created and managed with a simple WYSIWYG interface. Full HTML editing is also available for users with the relevant skills.
Distribute administration roles & content management...

Permissions & Distributed Administration
A robust permissions structure lets you distribute content management and administration responsibilities throughout your organisation and to external partners. While a dedicated administration role may be created to cover off all system management requirements, you may prefer to delegate specific tasks to content owners and to third party suppliers. For example, you may choose to give your external PR agency news editing permissions so that they may maintain the News section on your behalf or appoint a number of qualified internal and external users to moderate specific forums. |

System Management
The system structure and information architecture are extremely flexible. You may edit and adapt a variety of features, including the File Store category hierarchy, Forum structures, Calendars and Teams using the simple, secure browser based administration tools. |

Content Management
Content is managed through a full WYSIWYG interface that lets administrators and authorised users create and edit articles and information in a familiar "word processing" environment. Text and images are presented as they will appear on the page and formatting can be applied simply by highlighting an item and clicking the appropriate button. Advanced content managers may select an HTML editing environment for even more flexible content creation and layout. |
