Searching & Indexing
The global search tool scans the entire system - including News, Blogs, and Forums as well as the Address Book and the File Store - and consolidate results into a simple, intuitive view. Local searches and filtering options within each section provide concise, focused and relevant results.
The contents of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and text files are automatically indexed as they are uploaded and are searchable for accurate retrieval of information from within documents. |

Document & File Management
The File Store provides a central repository for all your digital assets - including media files, documents, spreadsheets and any other data type whatever its format.
An information asset does not even have to reside on the system to be catalogued and available through it. The "Register Remote File" feature lets you add a file, an image or even an external web site to the File Store so that it appears in lists and search results just like internal data.
Media files may be viewed "inline" and a preview image may be attached to any file type for reference and a feedback feature connects the File Store to the Forums so that users can create a discussion environment relating to a specific file or asset with a single click.
Robust and flexible access controls may be applied at file level ensuring that information is relevant and appropriate to individual users and teams and all files are automatically virus scanned as they are added to the system. Jingo Connect supports WebDav and allows administrators to upload and manage multiple files and directories. |

Contact Management
The Address Book provides powerful centralised corporate contact management functions. Contacts may be grouped into teams for easy reference and messaging, and access control while "My Contacts" keeps important frequently used details close to you.
Users may download contact information and search results as a file for offline access and the vCard standard is fully supported for one click integration with external contact management applications and mobile device address books (such as a mobile phone or a PDA). |

Calendar & Event Management
You may organise and coordinate public and private events across multiple calendars with Jingo Connect. Individual calendars may be created for departments, teams or resources such as rooms or vehicles and users can toggle them on and off to provide a view that is relevant to them. Recurring and multi day events are fully supported and user defined alarms provide email alerts for specific events. |

News & Announcements
The News service broadcasts corporate news to users inside and outside the organisation, invites comments and manages feedback.
The Content Management System lets you create and manage articles with minimal training. Current articles are highlighted on the homepage and a chronological archive may be searched or browsed at any time. |
