Jingo Connect can be installed on your own network or is available as a fully managed service, hosted on a dedicated server in our carrier class facilities, and is backed by a choice of maintenance and support plans that provide peace of mind with total cover for your system and your data.
Server based subscription frees you to scale your system as required without managing user licenses and provides ongoing enhancements and upgrades as part of our evolution policy.

Subscription Jingo Connect does not require individual user licenses so you are free to add and remove user accounts in line with your requirements. Our flexible subscription package provides the appropriate combination of hosting, maintenance and support options and is applied on a per server basis for up to 500 users. As you scale up to support a growing user base you simply purchase additional subscriptions to suit your hardware and user needs. |

Hosting A fully managed hosted service is available for Connect. Our carrier class facilities include a secure visitor reception area, visitor ID checking and verification, 24-hour security guards, CCTV surveillance, intruder detection and electronic door access control system. |

Maintenance Whether you choose to install Jingo Connect within your network or choose us to host it externally for you, our maintenance service provides comprehensive cover for your system. The Operating System, databases and required applications are serviced and maintained to current patch levels which ensures that everything continues to run smoothly and securely. Your data is backed up daily and our disaster recovery plans get you up and running again without delay. |
